How I fixed Live from frequent crashing...

I bought Live a few months ago and it wouldn't go past 2 minutes until it crashed. I tried upgrading to version 152, reinstalling it, adding more memory etc. Nothing worked. My friend suggested that Live might have corrupted some of my windows files and to try installing windows xp. I followed his advice and it worked perfectly! Now I can get down to the task of playing with this thing!

Hi MC Pantalones,

just to be sure that I understand you right...

Firstly you installed Live 1.52 on a Windows XP system (or was it a different windows version?).
After the installation Live crashed all the time.
Then you reinstalled Windows XP, installed Live again and it worked?

No, I was originally on Windows ME. 1)Installed on windows me 2)upgraded to 152 3)tried reinstalling live and 152 again 4)installed winxp 5)installed live and version 152. actually, now it crashes alot LESS. weird stuff, maybe some sort of leaky memory issue???
