[osx] Recording the text to speech feature.
Hi.
Does anyone know any software which will resample the text to speech feature in OSX?
I know I can route a soundcard output to an input but it would be handy if there was a quick easy way of doing it.
AFIK Audio Hijack wont sample it.
Thanks.

you can also use the program "say" on the commandline and use the option "-o filename.aiff" to create an aiff file.
Just open a terminal and type "man say" to show the other options.

nice, you can specify the voice with -v argument, the voice name is the same as the OSX name for the voices.wollej wrote:you can also use the program "say" on the commandline and use the option "-o filename.aiff" to create an aiff file.

this is easy
cd ~/Desktop
