Hi
I get the following error recently when trying to close the preference window/box. "Error when closing the file: C:\Documents and Settings\Penguin\Application Data\Ableton\Live 7.0.3\Preference\Preferences.cfg"
When that message pops up I cant close the preference box and therefore cant work - Does anyone know what this might be?

Hi light,
your preferences.cfg file got broken (probably due to a previous crash).
Simply delete the preferences.cfg file, it´ll be renewed automatically next time you start Live. In order to access the file:
- Choose GET SUPPORT from Live´s HELP menu
- in the SUPPORT window on the right, click on SHOW preferences folder
- close Live, keep the preferences folder open
- locate the file PREFRENCES.CFG in the preferences folder, delete it
- restart Live
