midi remote does'nt work with live 4

hi,

live 4 is'nt working with my novation remote 25.
can anybody explain this? live 3 worked fine with this controller, but
there is no incoming midi in live 4.
is there anybody with the same problem?

I got it to work but Live 4 came with a new template instead of using my existing one, so I had to reset the controllers and save as template. I must say though that the Remote 25 is a bit temperamental : yesterday, I had twice to restart because the midi side didn't work anymore. Maybe we should try the "Novation midi compatibility" app you can DL from Novation's site. I didn't use it 'til now because everything worked fine for teh controller part. As far as audio is concerned, well... I'm pretty concerned : I get audio clicks whatever the buffer setting I use. In a recent Sound on sound test, they also noticed that and wrote the culprit is the crappy Core audio driver, which was written in 2003 !! I've emailed many messages for the last 6 months to Novation and the french distributor to ask when they intend to issue new drivers but got no answer !! So Remote audio users, it's time for lobbying

i know about these problems...but i guess the 'temperament' is an usb-related problem.
in my case, the remote25 is sending midi to other programs like vst or reason, but not to live. and thats not ok
