I would rather the development team spaend their time on the reverb, folders, automation requests tbh

Well, they can't have the same Gui forever. Every host on the planet changes it from time to time...

I like the "clean" look. Many DAW´s look so overcoloured and crowded. Live looks kind a simple but thats what it makes so easy to work with.

+1 for improved GUI options

This is always a controversial subject.

I am also one of those people who would like to see the GUI improved.

Just a little shading could go a long way.

+1 for new GUI. Doesn't have to be fancy and complicated or 3D to get a refresh. They can keep it simple and elegant still make it look a little different.

personally I don't need it to look any different - but I would like it to be more configurable to suit each user, or user type.

at the moment we can show/hide some things, but it would be much nicer to take this a lot further - dragging stuff around to where we want it

EG:

1: drag the mixer onto my second screen, drag session and arrange together onto the main screen

2: open three midi editors at once

3: drag the spectrum to screen 2 and it stays there, no matter what I click.

4: etc, etc

customisation like this means every user gets a simple yet powerful interface - because the interface only has what they need.
