is it possible to have some clips in a track affected by an effect on that track but others within the same track not affected?
is there a way to configure something in the clip envelop to allow this or another way i'm not seeing?
i'd rather not have any more tracks on the go than i already have...

thanks...
dry/wet would certainly do the trick.
but i think i'm screwed when it comes to compressors and such.
it's kinda odd that there's no on/off envelop for all effects...or is there a reason?

I guess the workaround for compressors is to set the ratio to 1:1. But yeah, the bypass buttons should be automatable.
[rant:] Okay, why don't all vsts have a wet/dry setting? I hate that. There should be a simple vst shell that loaded the plugin with a wet/dry function right there....
