good drum synth vst?
good drum synth vst?
Can some recommend me a good drum synth vst that sound good?
I don't want to make all my drums, but instead a snare or a hihat when i need some that should fit in the mix.
I just tried the free drumatic http://www.kvraudio.com/get/307.html, it sounds quite well, but wonder if perhaps there's one better?

hi rob, i'm not sure if the drumazon fits my needs. i'm looking for a synth with more tune possibilities. basically a synth with noise oscillator also to make for example the hihats for fx (steam) like.
drumatic is quite good. but i'll take a look on waldorf attack and microtonic. other suggestions?

wait until you start resampling your microtonic drums into live drumracks and clips with timestretch and transpose automations possible...AND line it up with camel phat and/or camelspace. shit is tight. TIGHT I say!roach808 wrote:Just downloaded the demo, holy crap how the fuck did I miss this lovely drum synth plugin? its freaking ultra-bueno.Lo-Fi Massahkah wrote:Sonic Charge MicroTonic

I used to be a fan of Drumatic but one day I've tried MicroTonic and since then I'm making all my beats with it, very powerful VST. The one I just ALWAYS need.
The only problem is that there is much more than 128 buttons and I would like to midi assign some that Live doesn't show in the VST Live interface :-/
