The 828 MkII is a beautiful card. I could not live without mine. It should be noted that ct43 has understated its capabilities. The 828 MkII infact has 10 analog inputs (two mic/guitar inputs + 8 line inputs) and has 10 analog line outputs as well as a front panel headphone output with its own DAC, allowing it to be a seperate prelisten channel. The 828 also functions as a full fledged digital mixer, so if you have a mic plugged in, you can route that signal directly to the phones before your software, avoiding latency. This truly is a marvelously powerful unit with rock solid drivers, beautiful sound quality, and exceptional build quality.
