move all automation keyframes up or down at once ... ?

So I've been resorting to chaining and busing, in order to change levels of my certain tracks that have automation on them.... I would rather just be able to somehow highlight all the points and move em up or down? Is this possible? All I can seem to do is move individual points or curves one at a time.....pita! lol. thnks
