Presonus Audiobox problems. Anyone using that?

Hello. I just got PreSonus AudioBox (USB audio interface) and I'm using it with a Shure Mic and Ableton Live in my MacPro (OS 10.4.11). Alright at the beginning, no latency correction needed, all perfect. But after a few recordings (meaning minutes):

1) It goes out of sync, which is critical because I need it for live shows.

2) It starts sending sort of electrical noise, increasing, and then all you have is noise.

I've searched the forum but it seems nobody is using this, or there's somebody...? anyone??
