Mono/Font

The thing is that it, unlike every other synth, doesn't "remember" held keys. If you hold one key down, and repeatedly play another, the pitch should alternate between those two keys. In Automat, it doesn't. This may not sound like such a big deal, but it's an essential technique when playing monosynths.[/quote]

Hi Stiwi.

Please can I add my vote to this. It would be very very cool to have it, as it doesn't really feel like a mono synth without it.

Otherwise, fantastic fantastic work. Like the new skin. I had the same font issue but as long as it's copied from your user font library to your computer library, the text appears.

Cheers.

Has anyone else noticed that this 'full' release (as in 'not a Beta') is REALLY CPU hungry? The pre 1.0 version was quite light on the processor; less than 3.5% load... Now, it's eating up around 20% of my CPU!

Yep. I'm seeing about triple the CPU since the early betas.

I'm having trouble changing presets.

I seem to just get the same SINE tone no matter which preset I double click on in the AU options menu??

ANy ideas??

It seems to be serious for Alphakanal.
This plugin is a kind of proud for Mac users, as people's working on windows are hungry not to be included !
One day, I hope BlueGlitch will be released on mac !...

Great plugin !!! but i have a strange problem with automat, any version of automat actually, i assume it's an automation issue that i can't solve due to the following :

This happens both in Live 6 or Logic Express 8, while using Automat when i click on a knob or box in automat's interface (adjust the filter cutoff for example), whatever value i try to adjust, this value just keeps flicking to randomish values once i try and adjust it.

This happens only when i've hit play on the transport bar. When my song is stopped this problem doesn't occur. This is why i think it might be an automation issue. At the same time, the panel on my axiom 25 seems to be doing the same type of flickering, i can see numbers changing, i can also see the same numbers in logics "midi in" indicator. I tried changing the usb cable, even used a different keyboard, still same problem.

It seems like some controller value is being transmitted that affects my plugin or some hidden automation data cause it occurs while song is playing not when stopped. Does anyone have a clue ?

thanks in advance.

It's been said before but I think some of the previous versions looked way cooler than 1.0 too - I wish some of those could be packaged as alternately skinned versions and offered up for download
