I got stumped with this and thought I'd share. It may have been covered before but a search didn't bring up any posts so here it is:
If you are having trouble assigning your pots with an oxygen 8 v2 + live, you need to ctrl assign them to CC 10-17. Here's how.
1) On you keyboard, touch the 1st pot you want to assign (ie: C5)
2) press the 'advanced' button
3) press Ctrl Assign (aka the 1st key on the left)
4) 'type' (using the piano keys) the number 10
5) press the Enter key (ie the last key on the keyboard)
Voila...that pot is now recognized by Ableton. Continue along, making sure that you touch the knob/pot you want to assign before you program it in.
Again, if this is obvious stuff to everyone else my apologies but I was getting so frustrated trying to figure it out, so if ithis helps anyone, great.
