I know this is probably a newbie question, so please be kind with the flaming. I've looked in the manual and in the Ableton Live Power book, but I don't see what I'm looking for.
Is there an EASY way of taking a mono track that was recorded on one channel and copying it and moving it to the other channel?
When I say channel, I'm refering to the left/right stereo channels, and I'm not talking about panning.
Thanks!

Welcome!
Insert a Utility plug-in in the track containing the one-sided audio. [Call this Track A] and set the Width control in the Utility to 0.
Now, on another audio channel [call this Track B], use Track B's Input selector to select Track A as the input.
Now record on Track B, and you will get the previously mono audio recorded to both channels.
hope this helps!
