Lets say i have a 8 output interface, can i send each track to one of its outputs? if so how?

Uh oh...time to RTFM!
Simply pick your output from the I/O drop-down under each track.

Audio To -> Configure -> Turn on all the outputs you need; Now you can route tracks to the outputs...
The more you have on the more CPU it will use.

Yes. Routing. Make sure you have your interface selected in Preferences, click on Output Config and activate all of the outputs for use.
Then in your tracks under Audio To you can select Ext. Out and route each track to its own output on the lower selector box.
