Thanks very much, happily married to my good lady wife I'm afraid!

My faderfoxes are superb! I've had the LV2s for a while and I love them dearly - only picked up the DJ2 this week and so far it's great - I'm using it for Live in conjunctiuon with the LVs and the combo seems to work really well. Obviously it's great for traktor as well.

My poxy setup. It pales in comparison to some of yours, but fuck it; I'm lo-fi! Needs more knobs though...

I moved, and was forced to make it all smaller and more compact
half of my gear is stacked up now in a corner of the bedroom

this is the new setup; and actually really liking the flow it creates

How do you like that slim Vestax DJ mixer in the lower right of the photo? How is it's sound quality? I like the design. :)

Very nice setup - really like the idea of having everything to hand. Is your desk custom made or pre-built? I like the Vestax mixer too - what model is that?

Also liking your Quik-Lock rack as I just ordered one :)

I have also moved into somewhat smaller quarters. It feels a little tight and claustrophobic sometimes, but nothing too horrible. Whenever I'm working I open that curtain and the light coming in through the window makes it feel less cramped.

I bought the desk via a friend form a bankrupt mediacompany for like 25 euros; awesome in its measures and good listening-angle and wrist height to prevent back-arm issues. I carpet-taped those wooden pieces on there, so the spectralis/monomchine/machinedrum would be nicely tilted in front of me. works like a charm.

the vestax mixer is an old-school big knob house mixer; i think kerri chandler had something to do with the design. it's a vestax PMC 250.
works fine, nothing special; allthough very nice that it doesnt take that much space at the moment.

the blue sky monitors rock, very good for producing without tiring your ears; but very PA minded, so I always crossreference with some less bassy tannoy reveals and different hifi speakers; so that I am not only makin bass that will only be heard in a club but also on some home hifisystem
very open and clear, and because of the woofer, U can adjust the amount of bass real easy according to the size of your room or given frequency issues; which in this case of moving to a smaller place really helped a lot. had a decent sound within the day of setting up.
