Warp files not loading, need help!!!

Sorry if this has been brought up before, but i couldn't find it.

I DJ with Ableton, and when I warp a track on my PC and then copy it (the MP3 and the ASD file) to my Laptop when i open Ableton on my laptop i see the MP3 but all the warp information is gone. Any ideas on why this happens?
over at abletonlivedj.com they say it's a bug and there's nothing you can do about it. So i wanted to know if anyone here has been able to fix this problem.,

I've even tried warping from my PC to an external Harddrive then plugging that external to my laptop, but i get the same problem, the ASD file is there but it doesn't load that information.

Hope someone can help!

reinstall quicktime on your laptop.
