I was born and bred in the UK, lived there for 30 years.

Fish and chips, bacon butties, black pudding, pork pies, ambrosia creamed rice pudding, greasy spoon cafes, curry (loaded with artificial colours and packed with calories), bread and dripping, beer (full of calories) and you think there aren't any fast food outlets there? There were plenty even before McDonalds, KFC and Burger King took over. Wimpy anyone ? (every big shopping mall and major high street had one)

There are plenty of overweight Brits and Europeans too.

It's a pity that your intellect is underweight. Stereotyping people based upon demographics and geographics = FAIL.
I think we established he is actually Maltese:

I actually went to the University Of London.

I'm not from Leeds, although I did live there for a while. It's an awesome place, only boring people would think it was boring :P

Assume makes an ass of u and me.

Haha great! There are lots of YouTube comments that make me concerned for humanity... some are so bad they are almost funny though.

Better that their angsty, pathetic, inferiority complex-ridden asses are sitting comfortably behind the veil of anonymity on the internet than out stumbling around, polluting society with their abject worthlessness.

That being said, I would suspect that trash is quite the avid YouTuber. :)

Well frankly, I saw a lot more shit in London than Leeds.

The difference was I could afford to have a life in Leeds. Which made London doubly shit, all this stuff going on but as a student, no money to enjoy it. Got mugged twice. Also in London - the pollution gave me respiratory failure and aside from a few cheeky cockney's, the majority of people I encountered were ignorant and with their heads up their own a$$. I lived in North London, East London and South London during my 4 years there and it was a tough endurance.

Yorkshire is class - you can do a lot worse than Huddersfield and Bradford (best curries in the world) elsewhere.

Yorkshire folk are real gritty but friendly people, which is why Leeds is the call centre capital of Britain. It's the boring middle class mummies boys of Southern England , who are given everything on a plate who suck :P

 well in for a penny, in for a pound, right ?

 True. Fair play

You speak to loudly in London with that eee bah gum accent though, you're probably asking for a mugging.

Harrogate's nice. Like a little bit of the south up north.

What has happened to this forum is no fault of ableton. They allow us, the users, to make it what it is and we have made it what it is.

Over the last year or so the maturity, intelligence and sophistication of the user base on this forum has dropped off to sickeningly low levels of depravity.

This includes old time users as well as new users.

One has only to spend about a minute reading through the pathetic responses to this "a friendly reminder" sticky for proof of this.

just got back from a 9 day vacation... weirdness up in here.

something has to change, Ableton has to do it. they know IPs, they know what's going on, pull the trigger, evolve, adapt, Live is fun to talk about.

the rest has probably already been mentioned.

Bob/Amo - will do.

edit - on the real, just add the people who start political threads to your ignore list.
