hey!! I will soon get a laptop (still not sure if pc/mac) and then I need a new firewire or usb interface. Im curious about EDIROL UA 25, it`s usb, small and cheap. Anyone here tried it? otherwise im looking for maybe mbox, delta 410 or edirol 101. for me soundquality is number 1, not a huge amount of in/out, but offcourse price matter to. would appreciate some advice here.......... peace!!/n

I have the UA25 and I think its great. One cord into your laptop and you're laughing. The sound quality is great and the latency is good as well. If you want to be absolutely portable this is the way to go. Sure you can't record 10 Tracks at once but for me its perfect.

I would recommend it for sure.
