64 bit compatibility question

Howdy from a non nerd - Im looking at an Asus lappie with a AMD Turion™ 64 X2 Dual-Core 2.2gig processor. Its the F5Z

questions -

can I use software written for 32 bit systems (Live 5.2.2, Sound Forge 6 and Tracktor) on the 64 bit platform?

Anyone got any issues with an AMD motherboard rather than an Intel one?

any tips muchly appreciated

Yo,
you should be able to run 32-bit software under emulation mode in Vista. I dont have vista, my dad told me this...
Oh actually i just wiki'd it and AMD can run 32bit soft. natively. Looks like youre sorted mate.
