We are not the only ones with Nukes. Chemical stuff was banned. If you remember many moons ago there was a dimantleing of nuclear arms amongst several countries. It was the result of the "Balance of Powers". The missiles that still exist are limited in range. Keep in mind that Russia has them, the US has them, India has them, Pakistan, China. Lots of big counties over the globe have nuclear weapons. What keeps them from flying is called "mutually assured distruction". Makes no sense to anyone to launch them. Sane countries know not to use them. Where the difference is, is insane radical groups would use them, like some middle east terrorist that don't give a damn about themselves or others. That is why these people need to be stopped. Hell, Saddam gassed his own people. He had no sense of morality or humanity the way he treated his own people.
