Abletons PLEASE!!! make 4.03 available again

I really need to get some music work done, and have some very important sets coming up, and 4.04 is absolutely bol**cks, it crackles, and pops, and then audio cuts out completely. 4.03 worked absolutely fine. Well, there were niggles, but nothing compared to 4.04.
Please pay attention to the number of people complaining of this problem.

That reminds me...Do I have to keep all the old versions of live on my computer to use version 4.04? I want to make sure I'm not taking up needless space. I'm not sure if the newest version needs all the old versions to run. I'm new with live so bare with me. I know it's a stupid question. Thank you in advance. No.

It's sometimes helpful to keep the last version on just in case the new version causes probs with your set-up, but that's all( and you might want to copy over any impulse and other plugin presets you have made, i'm not sure if they copy over-best check first)

(i keep all my installers, just in case.)

DAMN!!! I thought it was just me. I have had a crap time with 4.04. I emailed ableton and DIDNT GET A RESPONSE. Ableton need to hire more staff. But isnt this always the case when a software company get praise from the press and then they forget about the people who use it day in and out.

Im really worried about Live performance now and I see nothing from ableton saying that they are aware of the problems. I think they think there are no problems but we cant be all wrong.

TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE

I no longer have Live 3 which I stupidly deleted when I got 4. Sometimes I dont need to use midi (In a live situation) and woudl love to get 3 back again. I also emailed Ableton about this and GOT NO REPLY. I paid for it so I would like to get live 3 again.

The performance in live 4.04 totally sucks ass

How about giving them a call...they are good people, not some big evil corp.
