Bug or Feature ??

I can replicate this using 4.01 and 4.04 (never downloaded 4.03). Can someone confirm whether this is by design or a bug, as it's bloody annoying.

in an empty audio track, insert an audio clip (session view).
play the clip
drag the clip to arrange view
insert clip into same audio track
play the arrangement
Result: the audio clip is grayed out and will not play

ditto for midi

click the red "back to arrangement" button, and grey will become coloured...
and, yeah, read the manual....
