Arrangement advice anyone?

Heres the problem... I think this starts out ok but doesnt seem to go anywhere

I like the song as it is and think a crescendo would finish of this track nicely. Lots of noise etc.

right now it seems like it's randomly skipping around through parts. I think simply letting it groove some more would be the way to do it: let each part play 4 times as long as now, and don't go back to something you've played before... if that makes sense?

that would also give a crescendo feel, as amigo suggested.
