new MacBook and MacBook Pro on Tuesday, October 14th
Once Again... It pays (or you save big-time) to be behind the 'Beta' curve
I picked up a discounted-to-clear G4 PPC lappy cheap cheap when the first intel macbooks were introduced - Still pounds out Live, Adobe, and anything else I need it to do.
IMHO Firewire & Ethernet ports are essential - shat even my G4 lappy from 1998 has them (and I still use it everyday!)

2.8ghz Quad Mac, Live 9.77, Remote25, Maschine 1, Fa-66 optical link, Samson 65a. Dog hair.. lots.
