Any good FREEWARE PLUG-ins for live???

Post by sniffio200 » Sat Jul 24, 2004 12:57 pm

Guys, first of all let me congratulate Live4 to make midi sequence possible.

I like to use live as much as possible for creation.
And I do know that Plug-ins have the important uses for that.

Guys, do you know any good free plug-ins that I can use on live(or not on the live) or maybe links for that.
I do know that http://bram.smartelectronix.com/ has pretty neat stuff.
Thank you for the one who let this information appear on the forum.

If there's any other, please be kind to share with me and us.
Thank you for your cooperation!

my system is
mac PB OSX

cheers 8) 8O 8O

in OSX, PLUG-INS are all in Library/audio/plug-ins/ then components(AU) or vst or MAS...

New fave of the moment - NyquistEQ...do a search on kvr-vst.com

Really awesome (sounds even funkier when you automate the parameters, with the perk of getting a really cool visual show along with the music.)

Check these out.

Even a true sidechain compressor! The multiband comp is particularly good.

Wow, lots of good bookmarks to add to my list... thx. =)

Also, I've noticed that a lot of sites like this tend to offer their plugins in both VST and AU formats (when available for mac, that is). Does one offer a clear advantage over the other, or does it really matter?
