Help I'm Looking For A Vintage Looking Midi Controller

Post by starving student » Wed Oct 29, 2008 12:02 am

I really love the vintage looks of old gear, the kind with wood grains and what not, love the look of the old moogs and such and I'd like a midi controller with old style looks. I was thinking about just taking a novation controller and having the casing replaced with some vintage wood look and then I thought maybe there are some nice looking old organs or whatever that have midi outs that might make a good vintage style controller. If you happen to know of any could you please post up a photo/link, and if you have any ideas i'd be glad to hear them.

Korg Legacy Collection?
Ableton’s engineers are hard
at work developing code that will allow our software to predict the future, but we don’t
anticipate having this available until at least the next major release.

yeah the korg controller that used to come with the legacy collection is about the only early looking usb controller there is..
if you want some thing that looks 80's you could go with cme.

that looks sweet tondeft, for djing i'd go for that, but I'm looking for a keyboard controller with that old wood grain warm funky vibe to it, or some type of old organ farfisa type thing that has a midi port cause this is just for softsynths
