Id love to know how old he actually is...The guys amazing and hes been around like forever.

Anyone remember "Be as One" and "Magic".... Brilliant tracks back in the day. Thats gotta be around 15 years ago now surely.

Sasha really is a magician...

I used to hate techno/house/trance, etc, just cause I dunno, I was an idiot...? But anyhow, The first time I ever heard electronic dance music and enjoyed it was Sasha's GU: San Francisco... Ever since then, about 6 or 7 years now, I've been a huge fan.

I'm willing to go as far as naming one of my kids, if I ever have, Sasha or Digweed....

Yeah hes probably the main reason i got into dance music actually...

Maria Naylor yeah thats the one, shes a great voice...Anyone remember her Skydive vocal, i used to love that....

Anyway back to Sasha. I havent seen him yet, every time hes been near me ive been away..... Its one of the "must do" things i think...Got to see him play.

Now i just got to dig out theold GU mixes

Funny enough, I created the Weeddigger name first when playing Madden NFL football. When you were first able to create your own teams, you'd pick a logo, change the color scheme and lay out of the uniforms, the type of stadium you'd play in, and a bunch of other nonsense... Most of the logos available really sucked, except this green goblin looking thing, I picked that, and I used to smoke a lot of weed, so... I dunno... It just fit... Maybe subconsciously I was thinking Digweed... I dunno...

Out of all the times catching both of them spin, I think I've heard Sasha mess up like twice... Same night, Dec. 2nd, Space in Miami, like two-three years ago... I remember the night cause I first got dubfired at the door, and I walked in later as Jimmy Van M was playing a Booka Shade re-mix of that Ferris Buehler's day track, "Oh Yeah" by Yello...

I remember screaming obsceneties at Sasha late into the evening as something just when wrong while he was playing... Not sure if he was testing out a sample of sneakers in his dryer, but... Something was definitely foul...

One time I screamed obscenities at Digs while he was entering Pawn Shop (in Miami), maybe the March after that Space show, and he just looked at me with this really puzzled face...
