VST plugins problem when using Live & SX

I've noticed a problem with VST plugins (which don't have their own edit window) when running Live concurrently with Cubase SX (Mac).

If the same plugin is used in both applications, and it is opened first in Cubase SX, then when the plugin is loaded into Live no parameters are displayed. If it is loaded into Live first, all is well.

Anyone else noticed this?

as far as i know.....

as soon as you slave live to your rewire-master (cubase) you cant use VST's in live at all. at least it was like this in cubase 5. dunno about sx.

Live doesn't support ReWire under OS X at all.
But that's a different issue.
