I like mixing sober, writing can go either way, but I looooove performing altered, especially if we're talking improvisational music. Amazing things happen, and it's been verified by countless recordings, not just imagination and delusions of grandeur

It doesn't require herbs, but it sure helps.

Natural high.
No drugs, no alcohol.
In the past i smoked weed, and try to compose.... when i listened one day later sober to it... i thought..what the hell.
