Oh, and don't let...

stop you from saying something about what you don't like about it. I have a thick skin + am not sensitive about this stuff. If you don't like it, I would love to hear your critique.

Funny, I thought about asking him but I was too lazy.

long overdue review here:

I'm digging it! Has a nice "live"/ improv feel to it. I think you did a great job with your own overdubbed parts. Really feeling the grungier guitar parts, but I'm especially loving some of the spacier parts (like that one section from 0:38 to 0:47, and then 0:55 to about 1:03. really jumped out at me and caught my ear, even though they're not super crazy... definitely some catchy sequences and very well picked sounds). And it stays entertaining too. Lots of variety throughout, without losing grip of the main structure. Good funky job!

Yeah for real... Awesome re-make!

I play a lot of parties for my sister and her 80's crew, so when I get home, I'm grabbing me a copy of your mix, and it's definitely going to get played at the next jam!!!
If you can imagine it, it can happen...
