Using MIDI to control loop/clip length?

Post by the dark wizard » Fri Nov 21, 2008 7:09 pm

Hi,

When I assign say a rotary to the loop length in a clip I cant edit the MIDI parameters?

I would like to set a max of say 1 bar so when I crank the rotary round it doesnt make the loop the lentgh of the song?

I would like the full turn in the rotary to cover only about 8 transients?

Any ideas cheers 8)

Don't think it's possible as I'm trying to figure out the same thing and it doesn't have a paramerter to change it sadly.

i wnat this too... i have tried editing the amount it sends out....instead of making the CC go from 0-127 i've tried other combinations.....sometimes they get closer but never really have detailed control. this should be a must. i really want this too
