In response to some questions:

Just to clarify the product on sale. I have become aware that there are a number of models of Sennheiser HD-25. My research tells me the following models exist....

HD 25-1 (also referred to by Sennheiser as just 'HD 25').
HD 25-13. 600 ohm version of the 25-1.
HD 25-SP. Cheaper, single headband.

HD 25-1 II.
HD 25-SP II. Cheaper, single headband.

There are no markings on the headphones to suggest whether the ones I am selling are HD 25-1 or HD 25-SP II and I no longer have the box. However, it appears the HD 25-SP II comes with an extra set of velour pads. Mine did not come with an extra set of pads, so I assume they are the original HD 25-1.

HD 25-1 and HD 25-1 II have identical specs. So, technically it shouldnt matter either way.

So, rest assured this is the pro version of the HD25's and NOT the cheaper SP model or the 600 Ohm version.

I hope this give potential buyers some additional confidence in the product. I have used them many times and can absolutely vouch for the quality, durability and comfort.

Buy it now is lost once a bid goes on.

However, I can sell privately and end the auction early, seeing as you came to me through here and not eBay there's no problem in doing that.

I have a fair idea what they are worth from seeing others sell.

PM me with an offer if you like?

They are made in Ireland - are they not cheap over there? Guessing thats where you are from --- Derry?

No problems.

As far as I can tell specs wise they are identical. The newer ones apparently came with an extra pair of pads.

They work just fine. No faults apart from what I mentioned on ebay about the replaceable pads.

They havent been rammed as I never really DJ'd out that much and rarely in really loud clubs - I had a residency in a quiet-ish bar for a year but apart from that it was bedroom bangin' - so I expect they are in excellent condition
