TouchOSC - Lemur comes to iPhone

Has anyone here had a chance to use the iPhone app TouchOSC yet? I just got it but I don't have wireless set up here yet... The interface is pretty nice though. I can't wait to get it set up! I'm pretty new to all this, but I think using this for a performance would be amazing! It definitely seems to respond well enough. Thoughts?

ive been using it with reaktor and its fun.i cant wait to see where they take this thing.feel bad for the people who spent so much on a lemur.although,i am sure you can do so much more with a lemur...

Just so you know, the ideal way to set this up is to "Create Network" under your AirPort. Channel 11 (which is automatic) sometimes doesn't work for me, I have to choose Channel 2. I also put a 5 digit numeric password just to be safe. Name your Network and then under WiFi in Settings on your iPhone/iTouch, select that network and put in the password if you set one up. This is the best way since there is almost zero latency and plus how many night clubs or outdoor events have WiFi handy?

Now my question to you guys, what happens when you get an incoming call or text?

i like this little app. works great too with OSCulator to convert to midi, for using it with Live.

i find SonicLife nice too.

but with all due respect to touchscreens, it will never beat physical hardware knobs. imo.

Yeah I figured that out about two seconds after I posted, haha. Thank god, I didn't look the fool for too long. I will say it was definitely one of those times I wished I had a mac, because its so much friendlier to create an Ad Hoc network on mac. Anyways, I got it all set up, and I've checked it again and again, but I cant get PureData to respond or even show that it is receiving input. Anyone had this problem? I'm sure it's just me forgetting something, but it's starting to get annoying. I have been wondering about the phone call/text issue myself... I'll have to try that...
