help me please...

i have a new fresh installed XP home.
i installed live 7.0.12 and my fireface 400 with the newest drivers!
after that i installed some VSTi`s like Reaktor and Massive, Albino...

now my two problems:

when i just open a new session and i listen to some samples in the browser on the left side, i hear
grainy klicks and a little bit from the original sound!

then i turn my fireface off and then i turned on and i take the fireface asio driver in the settings!
now it works...

is That correct????

the second problem:
when i open a VSTi like massive and draw some midi notes and move the mouse then the grafik
where the volumes show stocked! the sound runs normally but the grafik doesnt work...
that sucks!

i have a q6600, 2gb ram, samsung 750 gb, ep35ds4 gigabyte???

have anybody the same problems???

Hi Michael,

please contact [email protected] with your log.txt from Live´s preferences folder attached. You can access the preferences folder like this:
- click "Get support" in the help menu,
- in help view, click the link "Show preferences folder".
