hi,
i want to record an old jazz track, mainly the double bass which features in the right stereo channel (if that makes sense) how do i record it into another clip so that the right stereo channel of the old clip records into mono/both channels of the new clip?

Add the Utility (preset Right) Audio Effect to your track.
