Back in the late 80's i used to own a SK-5. I made the mistake of letting a friend borrow it and then he let his friend borrow it and i never saw it again :x
It was technically my first synthesizer.

Bought mine from a friend for $20. It had a few broken keys though.
I put 1 bend on it so far. :)

I recently acquired one of these bad boys:

But I haven't bent it yet, as she said she would like it back one day... Whatever that means. :|

It depends where you sell it. To most post people it is just a crap toy keyboard so wouldn't pay much for it. To a circuit bender it is a little piece of pure gold. If you state in the ebay ad that it is ideal for circuit bending you might get more hits from people who want to use it for that purpose.

The fact it is slightly damaged might not batter too much as a lot of circuit benders like to heavily customize the machines anyway.

But in its unbent state you wont get a lot i wouldn't have thought, max $40 if you are very luckly. I have seen decent bent ones for for around $180 before.

if you really want to get a worldwide current market (...read : Ebay) value checkout the links from johnisfaster and while you are at the Ebay site do a 'completed items' search .

that will give you the results from Auctions over the last few weeks.

if you sell it on Ebay , sell it on the Ebay US site to give yourself a global market.

also Analog stuff goes for insane prices here in AU

hope this helps

@starving student: The free demo packs on my site are 24bit 44. The DVD version of both critters disks come with both 16bit and 24bit versions on the same disc. The download version from Sounds/To/Sample are 24bit only.
