how to export live set with all samples used?

how to export live set with all samples used?

is there a way to do this? I made a beat on my laptop, and i want to bring it to a studio, they do not have the samples i used for the beat, what is the best way to do this? i tried searching and couldnt find an answer, please help as I am new to this.

"collect all and save" is what you're looking for. It's right next to the regular "save" option.

i tried the collect and save but when i go into my library i dont see the files? i highlighted yes to all before i exported.

I don't think collect all save has anything to do with the library. it should just copy all the samples into the project file so that you can take the whole thing with you and not worry about missing file references on another computer.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you need?

do you mean the als file, because when i copied it, it was only 673 kb. i think you understand my question, i just want to bring my live set from my laptop, to my studio with all the samples i used.

are you saving your projects in the live library? if so, you need to save outside of it, then your collect all and save will work. if you are saving your projects in the library, it's a nested project, since your live library is a "project"... or something like that :lol: so your files aren't actually saved with your project, but within the live library somewhere... make sense? ha, me neither!
