FWIW they don't have a song or album that I don't like. I got to see them acoustic with Smashing Pumpkins. Billy and Twiggy on guitar, Billy sang beautiful people, MM sang Eye, found a youtube on it

Irresponsible hate anthem, get your gun, and Beautiful people are his best songs. Can't think of too much else hes done that was particularly amazing. As for the guy with all the comments regarding MM's sexual preference "Opus." You should know that Sigmund Freud said that the semi concious mind manifests repressed desires. In this case we can see that your having difficulty coming out, although there are probably forums better suited to your needs. It's ok man it's ok....

i have a funny story about him.about 94 or 95 mm came into the club i was djing to do some autographs after a concert he had. he actually had his whole crew with him, there must have been 15 in all.well my buddy grabbed a lenny kravitz album out of my collection and ran up for an autograph.i guess he got really pissed off cause when they were exiting out the back door all of the members looked at me like i had just committed some horrible act...even some chick that was with them threw me the stink eye...

I like MM. I would never buy an album, but Ive seen the live show twice and its brilliant.

Its not even slightly confronting or 'extreme' compared to lots of darkwave or metal bands, but I love the theatricality of it. I love a bit of performance art in my rock n roll. I always get a slight tongue in cheek vibe from Manson. He's like Bowie, likes to put on a rock show and dress up with a freaky looking band, good times.

I love stories like these, they're made up by the religious right and demonstrate just how fucked up their heads are. that's the irony, it shows which side is genuinely fucked in the head.

+1 :D

I like his art/music & showmanship.

America needs more people like MM.

Nice! Not much of a MM fan myself, I wanted the rest of his shit to sound as good to me as Beautiful People, and it's not IMO.

BUT!

Somebody had to the line in User Friendly - She says, "I'm not in love, but I'm gonna fuck you 'til somebody better comes along."

he's got Chris Vrenna working with him now. pretty neato.

I'm not a fan of MM7s newer stuff I really loved the first 3 albums. well 2 albums and EP. I wasn't a fan of his evolution but it's funny how a lot of EBM industrial suck acts (like psyclon nine) wish they could be him.
