Reminds me of the too many generic sounding industrial bands of the late 90's, nothing memorable and just has "that sound". Then Ramstein came along and put a fork in it.

Here's another christ for you

Same composer as well. Andy tried EBM for years before getting 'hard'. Best songs I think are This Shit Will Fuck You Up, and Enjoy The Abuse. They still crack me up, Andy is still a tall nice scandinavian guy, so he over compensates lyrically, and has the quirky ESL thing going on.

It's all pretty good, though for me, not enough variation in beat. Plus it's poser Terror EBM (the genre name for this stuff). The origional, hardcore, and scarier stuff with better keyboard work is Suicide Commando IMO. http://www.myspace.com/suicidecommando

Seriosly, it's cool that Combichrist are getting noticed, but Suicide Commando Predate them by ten years at least.

Well to their credit, I have no idea if he's changed, but years ago I saw Icon of Coil in London, and Andy invited the entire crowd of around 500 to have a drink with him after the show.... haven't heard any rumor he's changed because he's now doing more aggressive music. He's a big silly Scandinavian poser, but not a snob from what I hear. Dunno about the rest of the band though.

guess i came along too hate-ful-ish on tht one. That wasnt the one i was meanin. Didn't mean any harm. Way cool of a feller offerin all those bears.

for me i think its a waste of creativity to spend time sorting out costumes. Just an opinion though.
