The modulator is the oscillator output (sine, saw, rect, etc).

In AM-MOD the output is oscillator->out * sin() and in FM-MOD it's sin(oscillator->out).
In combination with the filters you can create nice fx sounds.

hey Stiwi,

I'm wondering what the 2d barcode image up on your website is for? The 2nd image under automat shows an data-matrix or "aztec" code. What's it for? how can I read it? are you making presets that can be read with a barcode?

Anyone have a guess?

The barcode image contains a link to the automat download page. This was just a test for another project i am currently working. But your idea is interesting. I could use it for a new synth project. A barcode / image to sound synth. That sound like a lot of fun.
