Triggering two clips with one click only - is this possible?

Post by c-Row » Sun Jan 04, 2009 4:02 pm

I am using Live 5, so if this has been introduced in a later version, please don't hit me.

Is there a way to "link" clips on different tracks in session view so triggering one will trigger the other(s) as well? Right now I just move those specific clips to a new row and delete all other stop buttons, so I can just launch this row and both clips will start playing without affecting the rest of the session, but there should be an easier way doing this in my opinion.

Cheers!

What's wrong with the way you are doing it? That's how we all do it...

Well, that doesn't rule out the possibility of a more simple approach to this problem.

Hi,

You can key-map one key on your computer to launch more than one clip at the same time. Or you could do the same with a midi controller button.
