Live 6.0.11 Startup problems...

I just updated from 6.0.10 to 6.0.11...

The problem is now I cannot start live at all. I am running vista and it says "Live 6.0.11 has stopped working. Looking for solution..."

Has anyone had this problem or could anyone suggest ideas to fix this. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program. Tech support suggested something about vst plugins causing earlier shutdown issues I was having.

Hi,

please contact support@ableton.com with your log.txt attached. You can find it here:

c:/users/username/appdata/roaming/ableton/live/preferences/

Note that on some Windows systems the application data folder is hidden by default. Here is how to make it visible:

1. Launch Explorer.
2. Select Organize/Folder and Search Options/View.
3. Check "Show hidden files and folders."
