I'm missing something or isn't Live able to handle the VST MIDI FX?

You are correct. Although I think you mean MFX Midi Effects.


If they made a good quantize MFX with swing control, I'd be straight.

Live should start supporting MIDI effects (MFX). It's part of the VST standard.
