Post by pentajigga » Fri Dec 03, 2004 8:29 pm

its been real quiet from the ableton crew... wonder what they are working on since it seems they are done with the early bug fix versions... some nice new features perhaps in a 4.1 version? im sure... but whats in store... cant wait to see..
did i miss a post where they talked about any future roll-outs?

* Freeze function is something Live would really benefit from
* MIDI Arpegiator shouldnt be too hard
* Combinator (Reason style) = assign one knob to many controlers

These things are not big enough to wait for v.5 but would give a lot of cred to Live = new customers.

Have you recognized that reason and Live no longer are walking friendly hand in hand. VSTi and AU in Live and livefuncs in Reason makes them no longer complements of each other.
