How are you quickly and easily opening sessions on a gig?

Looking to see how ppl are opening ableton sessions in a live music situation with the least amount of "face in the laptop mousing about" as possible...

I've been thinking; aliases, maybe some sorta midi nuttiness, hot keys... etc. Whatever you got I'll listen to.

It would be nice to be free to open one of any number of sessions at a moment's notice, and with as little hand action as possible.

Most of the ppl I play with usually don't come up with a set list that they are going to stick to... things get pretty fluid as far as what song/piece will be coming up next during a show, and I am playing an instrument, which makes it a little hard to be getting all mavis beacon [typing tutor] on the laptop...

Obviously there are many folks out there in this situation... hip me to what your M.O. is.

BTW I'm on a mac 1.25 AL powerbook 15", OS 10.3.5, RME multiface PCIMIA cardbus whatnot gizmotronic, behringer fcb1010 pedal board midi controller, and sometimes an oxygen8.
