Not to sound pessimistic, I am really curious about how much this great upgrade will cost for a Live 6 user!

Max 5 costs 500 USD. Live 6-> Live 8 costs 260 USD. I hope MFL will cost less than the price of Max 5. Otherwise, people will have to pay a large sum of money for all these wonderful new features.

Go have a look at the shop, I was also on 6 and the upgrade to 7 was for FREE

Seriously, I downloaded Live 7 for free this afternoon. I was very surprised myself and I've read in another that somebody also got it for free.
