[4562] Help menu options are often entirely greyed out

Often, when I go to the menu, everything is greyed out.
Occasionally they are not, but I can't seem to replicate with any consistency when.
Most of the time, when I focus on Live from another app, it works, but when I click anything in Live then go back to the menu, it is greyed out.

The same thing happened to me once, it didn't happen again so I just ignored it. So after reading this thread I thought I'd have a play with the help menu to see if I could re-create it again. Unfortunately I did and now I can't get it working again, even after restarting Live.

Not sure there is any pattern to it though. I searched for some text then hit the X and that left all options on the help menu grey. I restarted Live and they were still all grey. Restarted again and they're back again though I'm not sure that the search is working properly.

Now I've broken it again. Restarted Live and they're back again. Selected "all lessons" from the help menu and they're now grey again. Am going to restart Live again and then leave it alone.

I'd say there is definitely a bug.

Yep this happening to me as well on occasions, BUT also I find all menu items can be greyed out along with the Help menu it will be also Live, File, View etc.......Weird thing is doesn't happen all the time.

that's filed but not yet fixed. (You can always check in the change-log what was fixed in a new Beta).
