[4616] Operator Fixed Osc - First note always sine

If you set an Oscillator with any waveform to fixed mode, the first note outputted will sound like a Sine.

To reproduce:

- Load up a default Operator

- Set the waveform to Square

- Set the oscillator to Fixed

- Play 2 notes

The first note will be a sine, the second will be a square.
If you just hold the first note (so its a sine) and move the frequency, the Sine turns into a Square too.

Hi,

Can you reproduce it using a MIDI clip? In that case, can you send a set to demonstrate the problem.
