Minimonsta (demo version) midi assignment problems

Hi

I have been demo-ing this VSTi and I'm impressed but I'm having a problem with dropped midi assignments.

PC/Live 6 (last release)

I've got my midi set up all good in Live and Imposcar works perfectly, I mean pefectly.

Extend the Minimonsta parameter page in Live. Assign controllers to parameters as normal. Tweak controllers - VSTi reponds correctly, all good. Change patch. Minimonsta stops responding to controller but Live's parameter page continues responding. Press play then stop twice in Live's transpot - Minimonsta starts responding correctly again.

I've tried assigning the controls in Minimonsta directly as per the pre-assigned midi CC mappings and broadly speaking the functionality in Live is then very poor - parameter changes cannot be recorded in Live for example.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is it demo-only? Is it fixed in Live 7 for example?

Obviously I want to get this ironed out before buying....

i own minimonsta and will upgrade from lite to full within a week if everything goes as planned... will let you know
