[8b6] Kick sounding after end of track

Post by Dexes » Thu Feb 05, 2009 4:16 pm

Image

When the "Speaker On" for the kick drum is set back on at the end of the track I get a single kickdrum sounding even though there is no midi data in the track after that.
The automation was made in draw mode with the grid set to 4 bars.
And the 4 bar loop was draged to its position with a 4 bar grid.

Using 909-Classic drum rack from the drum machines live pack, with an overdrive added to the kickdrum.

Bug report been send

HP Laptop / Turion X2 Ultra 64 2.1GHz / 3 Gigs Ram (actually 4 but---> ) / Vista 32bit

OK
Seemed to be some kind of latency issue.
Hooked up my usb interface instead of using the onboard chip (I know, I know onboard is evil) reducing the output latancy by 2/3 and now i only hear the tail of the Kick at the end instead of the whole sample.

But now I've got the choice of hearing loads of crackling with a low buffer size, or the disc verload indicater permanently flashing when I set a larger buffer
